PRE SEASON IS WELL UNDERWAY WITH TRAINING ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAY FROM 6.30PM

The lads enjoyed a training session under the tuition of Emma Gardner a sports scientist from Lucozade. The drills included speed and reactions tests. The session was a little doifferent from usual training with digital laser timing and was great fun. Emma has agreed to return at the end of Seprember and November for further sessions.

Leeds 10k Run

Several of our memebers took part in the Leeds 10k run last week to raise money for three worth while causes, Ravenscliffe School, Heroes XIII a rugby charity and our own King Cross Park.

Taking part were Michael Hellowell, Stevie Greenwood, Jason Smith, Stefan Bradwell, Philip Prince and Paul Martin.

We even managed to catch Paul in action as he crossed the finish line.

A great job done for fantastic causes well done to all of you.
